BEST SKIN CARE PRODUCTS EVER

When come to my skin I'm really not a product junkie I like product that do what they say they will do (perhaps its my inner tomboy but whatever). I hate heavily fragranced product and am  not  a fan of heavily hyped up products either but all of these product that I am about to talk about have been working miracles on my skin this winter. I usually wear makeup about three out of the seven days of the week so I think that's something that has helped reduce pimples or random bumps on my face. I've also toned down my makeup routine with the thought that less it literally more. As in applying foundation, powder, or even eye makeup the less product you put on the less work you have to put in, in order get all that gunk out of your pores.  I don't really have sever acne prone skin, only the occasional dark spots and small pimples. But I do suffer from really dry skin and it is winter so sometimes I get flakey dry patches. So I like to replenish my skin with products that add moister back into my skin while also getting rid of dirt. The best thing that I ever did for my skin was stopping the constant exfoliating of my skin I would exfoliate at least 3 times a day and it was unnecessary. The products that are listed down below have totally changed the direction of my skin for the better and I absolutely recommend them for you all to try.

 JERGENS SKIN FIRMING

Although I'm not particularly sure if it is actually reduces the cellulite on my ass or is firming my skin but its really moisturizing to my skin. It kind of gives my skin a nice glow and I usually combine it with some Trader Joe's Organic Coconut Oil. The two product in combination with each other leaves my face and whole body really soft.

Now being that I'm African we're strong believers of if it burns it works and  Dr. Bronner's really freaking works the dirty just melts away and it leaves a cool clean feeling on your face or body it all purpose (PSA: please refrain from putting this product anywhere near your vagina you will regret it, your welcome in advance). It gets all of my makeup off and it has so many great ingredients such as Organic Coconut Oil,  Organic Palm Kernel Oil, Organic Olive Oil, Mentha Arvensis, Organic Hemp Oil, Organic Jojoba Oil, Mentha Piperita, Citric Acid, Tocopherol, which are known for being really good for skin. Lately I've been convinced by my older sisters on the importance of oils in products and I have to say I'm a believer, oils are life. They just add a nice natural moisture and glow to your skin and the improvement you see in your skin is almost automatic.

NOXZEMA CLASSIC CLEAN ORIGINAL DEEP CLEANSING CREAM

As I said before I used to think that exfoliating was what took your makeup off and cleaned your skin. I  wasn't really a fan of cream cleansers because I didn't really understand how they worked or if they actually did work. But the Noxzema is so worth the hype because its literally like Jesus in a bottle. It really penetrates my skin and I've noticed that it minimizes the pores on and around my nose. You can apply it to your skin wet or dry and leave it there for as long as you want (I prefer 10 + minutes) and then gently rub and push the product into your skin and rinse. It leave you with a cool tingly feeling of greatness. 

SIMPLE MOISTURIZING FACIAL WASH/SIMPLE REPLENISHING RICH MOISTERIZER

The thing I love most about Simple products are that they are so gentle on the skin and it really just smells like soap very nature. It's kind of thick but I love to apply it in the shower and its never irritates or effects my face negatively. As stated on their website Simple® is a complete range of facial skincare products perfect even for sensitive skin. I use this product in the morning to freshen up my face and its just soothing  after I use Dr. Bronner's Castile Soap to remove my makeup or just to cleanse my face which is a little more intense. Lastly I put on the Simple Replenishing Rich Moisturizer right after I'm completely done washing my face. It has a thick gel-like consistency that isn't too heavy and it doesn't have a greasy after glow when applied.

Summer time Makeup

Hey guys I know its been forever but I'm back with a YouTube video of my summer time makeup. I hope you guys enjoy this makeup look and you'll be seeing more of me soon.

When it comes to makeup I'd say I have a fair relationship but honestly I like to keep it simple. Believe it or not but when I was younger I was  an extreme tomboy I mean climbing on the storage and pumping my muscles type of shit. And I had great pride in my battle wounds on my legs yes I was a real maniac for the outdoors. But things change and all of a sudden you care what other people think about you, and you start to spend more time in the mirror looking at yourself and wondering if you're pretty. The shit girls go through. Anyway back to makeup so since I'm kind of a tomboy at heart I don't really like too much makeup on unless I feel like being extra glamorous or am going out. I try not to wear makeup more then 3-4 times a w eek  and only when its necessary or else my skin starts to act up. When I first started wearing makeup in the 8th grade I wore black eyeliner and mascara then I moved to foundation then blush and recently I've started to dabble into bronzer and contour and all that madness. Makeup is something that is supposed to enhance your features so when partaking remember that you're not trying to hide who you are. I love simple barely there makeup personally because it makes me feel most like myself. So today's post is just showing you my essential most important products to have on my face on the days I decide to wear makeup.When it comes to  skin I like it to have a flawless look so I tend to be more willing to spend more on my foundation. I fluctuate between Mac Studio Sculpt NC50 in the spring and winter time when my skin is more fair and Maybelline FIT ME 360 in the summer for when I'm most dark.  I have a very round face so I do highlight under my eyes and I reverse contour with the same concealer to give me a little more dimension to my face. Then I bronze my cheekbones with CoverGirl Ebony Bronze and throw on  some highlight for where the sun hits my face and then finish off my face with mascara my signature nude lip.

Solutions 24 CLINICAL Correction Sticks

  When it comes to my skin I try to keep the products  that I use very simple nothing too fancy or fussy. Products that are heavily fragranced or have a lot of unnecessary ingredients tend to break out my skin . But a few weeks ago I was contacted by a company called  Solutions 24 CLINICAL to try out a few of their products that they recently launched.  Solutions 24 CLINICAL sent me their dark circle, dark spot,and puffy eyes correction sticks which are targeted to their approach of a easy to use anytime system. 

My skin is not the worst but I do get little breakouts of bumps on my cheek areas that usually take a few days to clear up. But when they do it usually leaves annoying dark spots that I can't seems to completely get rid of, so I was really excited to try the Solutions 24 CLINICAL Dark Spot Corrector Stick most of all. The shipping and customer service was impeccable and I was very impressed with packaging of the products, I love how innovative it looked. The correction sticks are very use and is not fussy at all as stated before I like things that are simple and Solutions 24 CLINICAL Correction Sticks are just that.

 I've been testing out the products on my skin and I like the texture of the sticks they don't leave a greasy or sticky residue after you rinse your skin which was surprising because I've had a lot of problems with that prior. So far I really like these products and  will be posting another post with pictures  of how my skin is progressing with these products. 

Also if any of you guys are interested  in buying any of the Solutions 24 CLINICAL products you can definitely find them nationally at any of your local Walmart stores and also online for a very affordable price. A lot of correction sticks at most stores are really expensive but these sticks are very fairly priced and so far seem of good quality.
