So while browsing on 34 Street last week and I found myself in H&M. The first thing that I laid my eyes on was this dress, and I just had to have it. It is so perfect for summer and early spring and since I love wearing dresses all the time this was perfect. Now that best part of all about this dress was that it is only $19.99 a total steal.
